People who are healthy, physically fit and energetic will have a good memory.Health should be taken care of.Due to family troubles and circumstances also memory is affected.Because one cannot concentrate on once work. Loan repayment, daughter not yet married, son not found a good job and search worries lead a person to loose memory.

Poor finance is one of the major cases of poor memory or lack of memory. One who is short of money may find it very difficult to pay attention to the other matters. The memory of such a man will fail. Sometimes his mind becomes completely blank. A person has to solve his financial problem. He must become financially sound. Worry is the enemy of the memory.

1. Get rid of worries. Worries are not the solution to our problems.

2. Be happy

3. Have optimistic ideas

4. Avoid over eating

5. Do exercise - Yoga is better for better mind and memory.

Memory may be defined as the mental capacity or faculty of retaining and reviving impressions as well as of recalling previous experiences.Some times it is simply said that memory depends mainly upon general intelligence. However, there are many people who don’t even remember the joining the service. They will knowing the way to their office, but few people forget and misplace things and important papers may be in the office or house.Their memory is an untried one and they based previous hours in search of them.
