While this is a new product I have not had to actually use the warranty yet. But I must say the service I’ve received thus far is remarkable. A few minutes after placing my order an email was sent detailing my service plan. Within a week and a half a package arrived in the mail with a hard copy of my plan, a refrigerator magnet so I wouldn’t forget the number, and other documents. As if that’s still not enough, about a week after that I received a call from a representative making sure I received the package and was told to call with any question. Squaretrade has taken care of my from all angles and I couldn’t be more pleased!
