CA junks IBM’s TRO petition vs GSIS
MANILA, Nov. 8 (PNA) – The Court of Appeals (CA)’s Sixth Division has dismissed IBM’s petition to restrain the Pasay Regional Trial Court (TRC) from hearing the P100-million damage suit filed by the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) against the computer manufacturer.
